 Fast Track Rehab is a highly-focused approach to reducing pain, building strength and flexibility, and helping you get on with your life as soon as possible. Our program treats a wide variety of conditions resulting from illness or injury. From orthopedic injuries, joint replacements, and stroke and neurological conditions, to general recuperation and strengthening after a lengthy hospital stay, we provide full service rehabilitative care. Fast Track Rehab is different than other rehab programs; we offer personalized care that will make a huge difference with your recovery. Our full time team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists are committed to rebuilding your strength and functional abilities. They are experienced in the art of getting you back to your life, healthier and more confident.
We have a proven track record with patients, families, and physicians. In fact, in the past year the Fast Track Rehab Program successfully discharged over 300 residents back to their homes. The team of therapists, nurses, and physicians are continually evaluating, determining, and educating you and the family. When it is your goal to get home, it is our goal to get you there. A home evaluation is done with you prior to discharge and a follow-up visit by our team is completed when you are home.
