Caring for the Whole Family
Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other related forms of memory impairment create medical, practical and emotional challenges which affect the whole family. Residents need safe, caring environments that promote a high quality of life. Families have their needs, too. These can include understanding specific medical conditions and developing ways of coping with day-to-day frustration, worry, uncertainty and other emotions. At Trinity Community we have developed a comprehensive Memory Care & Support neighborhood for both health care and assisted living residents which ministers to both residents and families by providing support and peace-of-mind.

Our Program
Our mission is to provide individuals with memory impairment the opportunity to develop and maintain their abilities to their fullest potential, while enhancing their quality of life in a secure and home-like environment.

Our Approach
Our goal for our Memory Care and Support neighborhood is to maintain a relaxing and stable environment for our Alzheimer's and other dementia related diseases. Meaningful daily activities are structured to enhance our residents' functional ability. We help our residents rediscover their interest, helping them to retain identity and self-esteem. The dietary requirements are closely monitored by our Dietician.

Our Staff At Trinity
Our professionally trained staff in Alzheimer's is better able and more proficient to care for the needs of our resident's day-by-day or even minute-by-minute. Another key to our Memory Care Program is the involvement of family who can provide a link to the resident's past and can offer suggestions. This allows our staff to be more receptive to the holistic needs of the resident.
